General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the purchase of digital products (PDF downloads)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1 Scope of application<\/strong>
\n1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital products (studies as PDF downloads) concluded via our online store.
\n1.2 Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing. <\/p>\n

2 Conclusion of contract<\/strong>
\n2.1 The presentation of the digital products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
\n2.2 By clicking on the order button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail. <\/p>\n

3. prices and terms of payment<\/strong>
\n3.1. all prices quoted are final prices and include VAT (if applicable).
\n3.2. payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online store.
\n3.3. delivery will only be made after full payment of the purchase price. <\/p>\n

4 Delivery and provision<\/strong>
\n4.1 The digital product will be made available to the customer as a download after receipt of payment.
\n4.2 The customer will receive a download link by email, which is valid for a reasonable period of time. Subsequent provision after expiry of this period is not guaranteed. <\/p>\n

5. rights of use<\/strong>
\n5.1 With the purchase of a digital product, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal or business use.
\n5.2 Passing on, copying, making available to the public or reselling the file or its contents is not permitted.
\n5.3. violations of the rights of use may have legal consequences. <\/p>\n

6. right of withdrawal<\/strong>
\n6.1 In accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires as soon as the customer has expressly agreed to the immediate provision and confirms that he waives his right of withdrawal.
\n6.2 Before the purchase, the customer is informed of this regulation and must agree to take note of it. <\/p>\n

7. warranty and liability<\/strong>
\n7.1. the statutory warranty rights for digital products apply.
\n7.2. the provider assumes no liability for damage caused by improper use of the digital content.
\n7.3. the provider assumes no liability for technical problems of the customer that prevent the download or use of the product (e.g. incompatible software). <\/p>\n

8. data protection<\/strong>
\n8.1. personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed in the online store.
\n8.2. no personal data is passed on to third parties without the express consent of the customer. <\/p>\n

9. final provisions<\/strong>
\n9.1. the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
\n9.2. should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
\n9.3. the place of performance and jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the provider. <\/p>\n
