DDer M\u00f6belh\u00e4ndler POCO hat in nur acht Monaten das Rechnungswesen auf SAP umgestellt und damit die Basis f\u00fcr seine Internationalisierung geschaffen. M\u00f6glich wurde die erfolgreiche Umstellung durch die Transformations-Experten von KPS, die gemeinsam mit den Spezialisten von POCO das neue SAP Rechnungswesen implementiert und s\u00e4mtliche Gesellschaften gleichzeitig umgestellt haben. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die neue Zeitrechnung beginnt r\u00fcckwirkend zum 1. Januar 2017. Zum neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr hat der M\u00f6belh\u00e4ndler POCO sein Rechnungswesen auf SAP umgestellt. Den Termin hatte das Projektteam im Mai 2016 festgelegt und dieser konnte plangem\u00e4\u00df innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeit- und Budgetrahmens eingehalten werden. Grund f\u00fcr die Abl\u00f6sung: Mit der bestehenden Branchenl\u00f6sung konnte POCO den Schritt in internationale M\u00e4rkte nicht mehr mitmachen. Gefordert waren Skalierbarkeit, Mehrsprachigkeit, Flexibilit\u00e4t und Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit. Auch die unterschiedlichen fiskalischen Anforderungen in Deutschland und den Niederlanden sollten im neuen System abgebildet werden. Besonders herausfordernd war es, das SAP Rechnungswesen S\/4HANA Finance an die bestehenden und f\u00fcr die Branche relevanten Systeme wie die M\u00f6belverwaltung von Ametras und das PROXESS Archivierungssystem anzubinden. Da das Rechnungswesen zudem sowohl auf den station\u00e4ren Handel als auch die Online-Shops zugreift, mussten die Systeme 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen in der Woche verf\u00fcgbar sein. Mit der neuen L\u00f6sung ist es dar\u00fcber hinaus gelungen, Prozesse zu vereinfachen und die Buchhaltung zusammen mit dem Controlling auf eine gemeinsame Datenbasis zu heben.<br \/>\nDie Umsetzung erfolgte mit Hilfe der bew\u00e4hrten Rapid Transformation Methode von KPS. Mit ihr ist es m\u00f6glich, neue Prozesse innerhalb einer deutlich k\u00fcrzeren Projektlaufzeit umzusetzen als beim herk\u00f6mmlichen Vorgehen. In Verbindung mit dem KPS Allstar Prinzip, das auf einem sehr kleinen Projektteam mit erfahrenen Experten basiert, lie\u00df sich das Projekt ohne Verz\u00f6gerung und im Budgetrahmen realisieren.<br \/>\n\u201eWichtig war f\u00fcr uns ein Partner mit Prozess- und Branchenexpertise. Genau hier konnte uns KPS \u00fcberzeugen. Nur so war es m\u00f6glich, das Projekt in so kurzer Zeit mit einem so kleinen Projektteam umzusetzen\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Dr. Friedhelm Rudolph, Leiter IT und Controlling bei POCO die Entscheidung zur Zusammenarbeit mit KPS. \u201eMit dem Projekt konnten wir erneut unter Beweis stellen, wie gut sich die Rapid Transformation Methode auch f\u00fcr eine Umsetzung im Rechnungswesen eignet. Innerhalb von nur acht Monaten konnten wir SAP einf\u00fchren und nahtlos in die bestehende Systemlandschaft des M\u00f6belh\u00e4ndlers einbinden\u201c erg\u00e4nzt Hartmut Schmidt, Projektleiter von KPS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcber POCO<\/strong><br \/>\nPOCO betreibt unter dem Motto \u201eSch\u00f6nes Wohnen f\u00fcr weniger Geld\u201c inzwischen 118 Discount-Einrichtungsm\u00e4rkte. Sie weisen Verkaufsfl\u00e4chen zwischen 3.000 und 13.000 Quadratmetern auf. Das Sortiment umfasst M\u00f6bel, K\u00fcchen, Haushaltswaren, Heimtextilien, Tapeten, Bodenbel\u00e4ge, Teppiche, Elektroartikel, Geschenkartikel, Leuchten, Boutique, Saisonartikel sowie Baumarktartikel. Hinzu kommen Regionallager, mit denen POCO eine hohe Warenverf\u00fcgbarkeit sicherstellt.<br \/>\nDie meisten M\u00e4rkte sind bislang in den deutschen Ballungsr\u00e4umen entstanden \u2013 unter anderem im Ruhrgebiet, in Berlin, Hamburg und M\u00fcnchen. Die POCO-M\u00e4rkte besch\u00e4ftigen insgesamt ann\u00e4hrend 6.500 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcber die KPS AG<\/strong><br \/>\nKPS ist europaweit die f\u00fchrende Unternehmensberatung f\u00fcr Business-Transformation und Prozessimplementierung im Handel.
