M\u00fcnchen, den 11. April 2018 \u2013 Noch vor der voraussichtlich im Mai erfolgenden deutschlandweiten Freigabe von E-Scootern startet das M\u00fcnchner Stadtquartier Schwabinger Tor in Zusammenarbeit mit dem E-Scooter-Anbieter hive ein Pilotprojekt. Bewohner, Besch\u00e4ftigte und Hotelmitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen dann mit den hive-Elektrorollern sowie dem BMW X2City \u00fcber das rund 500 m lange und fast komplett autofreie Areal d\u00fcsen. Reserviert und gestartet werden diese ganz einfach \u00fcber die dazugeh\u00f6rige App. Das Elektro-Scooter Startup hive wird vom Mobilit\u00e4ts-Joint Venture von BMW und Daimler unterst\u00fctzt und ist hier Teil des Ride-Hailing Bereichs FREE NOW, zu dem unter anderem auch mytaxi geh\u00f6rt.

Im Jahr 2019, das mit der Zulassung von motorisierten Elektro-Kleinstfahrzeugen einen Umbruch in der innerst\u00e4dtischen Individual-Mobilit\u00e4t einl\u00e4uten wird, positioniert sich die Jost Hurler Gruppe damit erneut als Vordenker f\u00fcr alternative Mobilit\u00e4tsl\u00f6sungen in der Immobilienbranche. Bereits vor 2 Jahren hatte das Unternehmen ein quartierseigenes Carsharing am Schwabinger Tor etabliert. Heute zeigt sich Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Roland W\u00fcst hocherfreut dar\u00fcber, auch f\u00fcr den kommenden Boom der E-Scooter eine Verankerung im Quartier gefunden zu haben. \u201eSt\u00e4dte wie Lissabon und Tel Aviv haben gezeigt, wie erfolgreich neue E-Mobilit\u00e4t mit Scootern umgesetzt werden kann. Wir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass sich dieser Erfolg auch in M\u00fcnchen fortsetzen wird und freuen uns sehr, durch die Kooperation mit hive T\u00fcr\u00f6ffner f\u00fcr diese neue Technologie sein zu k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<\/p>\n

Am 11. April startet die Pilotphase mit 30 Rollern, die an f\u00fcnf Hotspots im Quartier zu finden sein werden. Das Mindestalter f\u00fcr das Fahren betr\u00e4gt im Pilotprojekt, wie auch sp\u00e4ter im Stra\u00dfenverkehr, 14 Jahre. Sobald die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen sind, werden die bis zu 20 km\/h schnellen Schwabinger Tor Roller nat\u00fcrlich auch au\u00dferhalb des Quartiers gefahren werden d\u00fcrfen. In der Pilotphase richtet sich das Angebot jedoch an die Bewohner und Besch\u00e4ftigten im Schwabinger Tor.<\/p>\n

Das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell ist \u00e4hnlich wie bei den erfolgreichen Carsharing Modellen wie DriveNow und Car2go. Im \u00f6ffentlichen Betrieb zahlt der Nutzer je nach Dauer der Fahrt und kann die Roller \u00fcberall (verkehrsgerecht) abstellen. Jeden Abend werden die leeren Roller von Hive eingesammelt, geladen und am n\u00e4chsten Morgen an verschiedenen zentralen Pl\u00e4tzen der Stadt verteilt.<\/p>\n

Schwabinger Tor
\n<\/strong>Mit dem Schwabinger Tor an der Leopoldstra\u00dfe in M\u00fcnchen-Schwabing wird ein neues Stadtquartier geschaffen, welches k\u00fcnftigen Lebens- und Arbeitsweisen schon heute Raum gibt.
