M\u00fcnchen, den 16. April 2018 \u2013 Gestern wurde das Felix Bowls im Schwabinger Tor, dem neuen M\u00fcnchner Stadtquartier an der Leopoldstra\u00dfe, feierlich er\u00f6ffnet. In maritim-nordischen Ambiente erwartet die G\u00e4ste gesundes Bowl-Food, das die kulinarische Vielfalt des Viertels um eine weitere bunte Facette bereichert.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Florian Wirthgen, Marketing-Verantwortlicher von Felix Bowls, erkl\u00e4rt das simple Konzept: \u201eF\u00fcr die kalten Poke Bowls werden \u2013 meist rohe \u2013 Zutaten wie Fisch oder andere Proteine, Gr\u00fcnzeug, Toppings sowie So\u00dfen auf einer Reisbasis serviert. Je nach Vorliebe kann der Gast sich seine Bowl selbst zusammenstellen oder eine Signature Bowl w\u00e4hlen.\u201c Erg\u00e4nzend dazu werden au\u00dferdem warme Bowls mit sous vide gegartem Huhn, Rind, Lachs oder Tofu angeboten. Eine kleine Poke Bowl mit Fisch gibt es ab \u20ac 9,50, eine warme Bowl mit sous vide gegartem Rind f\u00fcr \u20ac 11,50. Ab Mai erg\u00e4nzen Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksbowls f\u00fcr \u20ac 5,50 das Angebot, sehr zur Freude der in den \u00fcber 200 Wohnungen des Schwabinger Tors lebenden Anwohner. Als Kennenlern-Aktion gibt es in den ersten 14 Tagen einen Espresso oder ein Probierdessert (schwarzer Klebreis, Mango, Kokoscreme, Kokoschips) auf\u2019s Haus.<\/p>\n

Neben dem umgebauten Schiffscontainer rundet die Wandbemalung durch das M\u00fcnchner K\u00fcnstlerkollektiv \u201eEmpfangshalle\u201c das Interieur stimmig ab.<\/p>\n
