November 2019 \u2013 Netcetera, die f\u00fchrende Schweizer Softwarefirma und globaler Innovator von IT-L\u00f6sungen, hat f\u00fcr RailNetEurope (RNE) das neue Trassenkoordinationssystem PCS implementiert. RNE ist ein Verein, der den schnellen und einfachen Zugang zum europ\u00e4ischen Schienennetz erm\u00f6glicht. Das aktuelle Projekt basiert auf einer engen Zusammenarbeit seit 2002 und ging im Oktober 2019 in Betrieb.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PCS unterst\u00fctzt 650 Anwender in 30 europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern bei der Koordination der Schienenverkehrsplanung. Das System basiert auf einer zentralisierten Plattform, die sowohl die Vielfalt als auch die Unterschiede zwischen den bedienten L\u00e4ndern ber\u00fccksichtigt. Die Plattform ist das Resultat einer langj\u00e4hrigen Zusammenarbeit, die bereits 2002 mit Netceteras erster L\u00f6sung \u201ePathfinder\u201c f\u00fcr RailNetEurope begann. Kulturelle und organisatorische Unterschiede mussten f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Einf\u00fchrung beachtet werden. Die M\u00f6glichkeit, umfassende Fahrplaninformationen auszutauschen, f\u00fchrte zu einer Reduzierung des Planungs- und Koordinationsaufwands f\u00fcr den europ\u00e4ischen Personen- und G\u00fcterverkehr um 20%.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1t\u00e9 Bak, Head of PCS bei RNE, sagte: \u201eWir freuen uns sehr, auf einen starken Technologiepartner wie Netcetera z\u00e4hlen zu k\u00f6nnen \u2013 ein Team, das nicht nur Innovationen liefert, sondern auch die Komplexit\u00e4t internationaler Projekte mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Sprachen versteht. Die L\u00f6sungen von Netcetera, wie das neue Trassenkoordinationssystem PCS und der vorangegangene Pathfinder, erleichtern die Planung und Koordination in einem l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifenden Bahnsystem mit mehreren Partnern und Regulierungssystemen enorm.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Harmonisierung der grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Planung des Schienenverkehrs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PCS verfeinert die gemeinsame Dispositionsplattform durch die Einf\u00fchrung des Empty Envelope Concept. Das Modell befasst sich mit \u00fcberschneidenden, fehlenden oder verdoppelten Fahrpl\u00e4nen und hilft den Partnern die Stationen, Zeiten, Betriebstage und andere Parameter besser aufeinander abzustimmen. Das gew\u00e4hrleistet einen einheitlichen Kalender, denn das System vermeidet \u00dcberschneidungen von Tagen und bewirkt eine st\u00e4rkere Harmonisierung an den L\u00e4ndergrenzen.
