Im Moment finden Veranstaltungen online statt, wenn \u00fcberhaupt. Zwar ist das hoffentlich nur noch eine Weile so, virtuelle Veranstaltungen werden aber auch in Zukunft verst\u00e4rkt zu unserem Arbeitsalltag geh\u00f6ren. Zeit also, dass wir lernen, wie wir selbst gute Online-Veranstaltungen durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/althallercommunication.de\/es-kommt-auf-die-praesentation-an-und-die-praesentation\/\">Digital pr\u00e4sentieren<\/a> k\u00f6nnen wir jetzt. Was aber, wenn wir ganze Events oder mehrt\u00e4gige Konferenzen online abhalten wollen?<\/p>\n<p>Virtuelle Events m\u00fcssen keine langweilige, abgespeckte Alternative zu Live-Events sein \u2013 im Gegenteil: in vielen Situationen bieten sie gegen\u00fcber Live-Events sogar deutliche Vorteile (mal abgesehen davon, dass wir keinem u.U. gef\u00e4hrlichen Virus ausgesetzt werden, erreichen wir eine potenziell deutlich gr\u00f6\u00dfere Zielgruppe, haben weniger Set-Up-Kosten, sind umweltfreundlich unterwegs und k\u00f6nnen die Inhalte im auch On Demand zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen). Die Frage ist jetzt: Wie machen wir aus einem Online-Event ein Erlebnis, das der Live-Erfahrung m\u00f6glichst nahe kommt?<\/p>\n<p>Vieles, was auch auf Webinare zutrifft, gilt auch f\u00fcr virtuelle Events: Auflockerungen in Pr\u00e4sentation und Vortrag, Teilnehmer einbinden, auf Audio und Video achten etc. F\u00fcr Events gibt es aber noch weitere M\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das richtige Format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spannende Key-Notes und Live-Streams sind selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Aber was noch? Geben Sie Ihren Teilnehmern M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr R\u00fcckfragen \u00fcber die Chatfunktion oder \u00fcber eine eigene Event-App. Live-Umfragen, Q&amp;A Sessions oder Live-Abstimmungen binden Teilnehmer auch \u00fcber die Ferne ein und lassen Sie aktiv werden.<\/p>\n<p>Was halten Sie zwischendurch von virtuellen F\u00fchrungen durch die urspr\u00fcngliche Event-Location oder in einen imagin\u00e4ren Pausenraum? Push-Benachrichtigungen in genannter App k\u00f6nnen der Veranstaltung einen Rahmen geben: \u201eDanke f\u00fcr Euren Support bei der Key-Note. Jetzt schnell ab in den virtuellen Pausenraum, in 15 Minuten geht es mit unseren Live-Streams weiter!\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das \u201eDrumherum\u201c wird zur Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Denken Sie auch \u00fcber den Bildschirmrand hinaus: Neben den eigentlichen Inhalten, was k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihren Teilnehmern vor dem Event, nach dem Event und w\u00e4hrend des Events bieten? Nat\u00fcrlich sind Ihre Teilnehmer bei virtuellen Events nicht u.U. durch ganz Deutschland gereist, eine umfassende Experience rund um das Event wird trotzdem gesch\u00e4tzt.<\/p>\n<p>Hier lohnt sich ein Gamification-Ansatz. Quizzes, Zertifikate und Gamification helfen, Teilnehmer zu motivieren. Das f\u00e4ngt morgens mit einem Gewinnspiel an: Vergeben Sie z.B. f\u00fcr jeden Tag des Events einen Dresscode. Ihr Publikum fotografiert sich jeden morgen im jeweiligen Outfit und die anderen stimmen ab, wer es am Besten macht. Am Ende jeden Tages wird der Gewinner verk\u00fcndet. Teilnehmer lernen sich so besser kennen und ein Eisbrecher f\u00fcrs sp\u00e4tere Networking kommt inklusive. Teilnehmer engagieren sich und k\u00f6nnen sich direkt via App oder in sozialen Medien vernetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Automatisch haben Sie so einen weiteren zentralen Aspekt von Live-Events online abgedeckt: Das Networking. Wie bei Webinaren helfen daf\u00fcr direkte Ansprechpartner und der Aufbau von themenspezifischen Communities auf Social Media, die Sie in Ihren Live-Streams direkt bewerben k\u00f6nnen.
