September zu seinem gro\u00dfen Sommer- und Familienfest ein. <\/strong>Alle Teilnehmer:innen k\u00f6nnen ab 12 Uhr den sommerlichen Flair am Schwabinger Tor live erleben!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unter Einbindung der Mieter:innen richtet das Schwabinger Tor ein entspanntes und zugleich lebendiges Familienfest aus, das sich \u00fcber das gesamte Quartier in der Leopoldstra\u00dfe erstreckt \u2013 und zahlreiche Attraktionen f\u00fcr Gro\u00df und Klein bereith\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n

Ob Virtual Reality, Cocktails, Modenschau oder Smoker: Kindern und Erwachsenen wird viel geboten<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sommer, Sonne, Grillzeit: Das Hotel Andaz<\/a> empf\u00e4ngt die G\u00e4ste des Sommerfestes mit Smoker und Au\u00dfenbar auf seinen Terrassen. Vor dem La Bohem\u00e9<\/a> sind Liegest\u00fchle und Planschbecken zur Entspannung aufgestellt \u2013 und mit dem passenden DJ ist f\u00fcr sommerliche Kl\u00e4nge gesorgt. Escaperoom-Anbieter VAONS<\/a> stellt eine Virtual Reality Arena im Ballsaal des Andaz Hotels bereit, w\u00e4hrend Lacoste<\/a> kostenfreien Kaffee aus einer Ape, dem bekannten italienischen Roller-Dreirad, ausschenkt.<\/p>\n

Ganz im S\u00fcden des Quartiers bieten das Munich White<\/a> und das Beauty Carousel<\/a> weitere Programmpunkte: Hier ist auf dem Catwalk eine Brautmodenschau geplant, bunte Musik und zus\u00e4tzliche Outdoor-Gastronomie erg\u00e4nzen das Sommerfest. Das Beauty Carousel l\u00e4dt ein zum Workshop f\u00fcr Haarstyling und Make-up sowie zum Blumenkranzbasteln. F\u00fcr aktive Instagramer gibt es hier eine Fotowand mit lebensgro\u00dfem Kunststoffpferd und jede Menge Accessoires.<\/p>\n

Die zahlreichen Liegest\u00fchle im Stadtquartier sorgen f\u00fcr eine entspannte Atmosph\u00e4re und jede Menge Life-Work-Balance. Hier k\u00f6nnen die G\u00e4ste leckere Drinks von den Au\u00dfenbars genie\u00dfen, zum Beispiel die Aperol-Varianten der Trattoria Marta. F\u00fcr Kinder gibt es ebenfalls ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Programm, etwa mit einer H\u00fcpfburg und Kinder-Schminken. Live-Musik soll das Sommerfest abrunden.<\/p>\n

Mit dem Schwabinger Tor wurde entlang der Leopoldstra\u00dfe in M\u00fcnchen-Schwabing auf gut einem halben Kilometer ein Stadtquartier geschaffen, welches k\u00fcnftigen Lebens- und Arbeitsweisen schon heute Raum gibt.
