Bamberg, 02.11.2022.<\/strong>\u00a0Mit dem neuen Service Cloud POS Interface stellt der Payment Service Provider Computop eine Alternative zur bisher notwendigen direkten Kassenanbindung von Kartenterminals bereit. Die netzbasierte Kommunikation mit der Zahlungsplattform Computop Paygate erm\u00f6glicht eine Vielzahl innovativer Anwendungsf\u00e4lle. Schnittstellen-Standards wie ZVT oder OPI erhalten damit eine flexible Erg\u00e4nzung.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Webbasierte Kommunikation \u00fcber Terminal-Server<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00dcber das Cloud POS Interface k\u00f6nnen geeignete POS-Terminals k\u00fcnftig nicht nur mit Kassenpl\u00e4tzen verbunden, sondern auch von ERP-Software oder sogar Onlineshops angesteuert werden. So wird die physische Kartenzahlung auch f\u00fcr digitale Kaufprozesse verf\u00fcgbar und kann sich noch direkter in Omnichannel-Handelskonzepte integrieren. Bargeldlose Zahlungen an Remote-Standorten sind f\u00fcr H\u00e4ndler ebenso m\u00f6glich wie webbasierte Bestellungen, beispielsweise \u00fcber ein Kiosk-Display, die dann mit einer Card-Present-Transaktion abgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n

POS-Terminals, die \u00fcber eine SIM-Karte angebunden waren, wurden bisher meist im Alleinbetrieb mit manueller Betragseingabe verwendet. Mit Cloud POS Interface ist jetzt auch der Datenverkehr mit einer Kassenl\u00f6sung \u00fcber das Netz m\u00f6glich, sogar standortunabh\u00e4ngig. In der Praxis \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt ein Terminal-Server die Transaktionen, die \u00fcber das Computop Paygate ausgef\u00fchrt werden, an das richtige Endger\u00e4t, das so die Zahlung abschlie\u00dfen kann. Auch die Fernwartung des Terminals erfolgt schnell und sicher \u00fcber den Server.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr dynamische Pop-Up-Stores, aber auch die Direktauslieferung sind mobile Zahlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten gefragt. Auch im station\u00e4ren Handel steht das Bezahlen in der Fl\u00e4che weit oben auf der Kundenwunschliste, um Kassenschlangen zu vermeiden. Besonders interessant ist die neue L\u00f6sung von Computop auch an Standorten mit Selbstbedienung, zum Beispiel in Museen, in Event-Locations oder im Tourismus.<\/p>\n
