Das Unternehmen wurde Ende 2009 von MSD Sharp &amp; Dohme \/ Merck &amp; Co. \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der langj\u00e4hrigen Zusammenarbeit \u00fcbernahm COMMUNICATION Presse und PR klassische Ma\u00dfnahmen der Pressearbeit, wie das Verfassen von Pressemitteilungen zu Corporate-Themen, die Redaktion von Fachbeitr\u00e4gen oder den Aufbau und die Pflege von Redaktionskontakten. Im Sinne eines \u201cThink Tank\u201d hat die Agentur zielgruppenorientierte Positions- und Thesenpapiere erstellt, die Essex Pharma eine gesteigerte Pr\u00e4senz in den meinungsf\u00fchrenden Wirtschaftsmedien erm\u00f6glichten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus unterst\u00fctzte die Agentur bei Fragen rund um Public Relations, wie beispielsweise dem optimalen Aufbau der Unternehmens-Website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-319\">\n<p><strong>Krisen-PR, Pressearbeit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem war Jacqueline Althaller Mitglied des internationalen Krisenstabes von Schering-Plough.<\/p>\n<p>2005 hat COMMUNICATION Presse und PR ein nachhaltiges Corporate Social Responsibility-Konzept erstellt und umgesetzt. Aus der Initiative \u201cTage des Lachens\u201d ist der Verein \u201cZeit des Lachens e.V.\u201d entstanden, den das Unternehmen als Hauptsponsor bis zur \u00dcbernahme unterst\u00fctzt
