Zum Leistungsspektrum geh\u00f6ren neben technischen Pr\u00fcfungen, Beratungen, Gutachten und Tests auch die Bereiche Ausbildung und Zertifizierung. Auch in den klassischen Dienstleistungen \u2013 Hauptuntersuchung (\u201ePr\u00fcfplakette\u201c), Anlagenpr\u00fcfung, Produkttests oder Gutachten \u2013 ist der T\u00dcV S\u00fcd t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n

Durch die Fusion der T\u00dcV Management Service GmbH mit der T\u00dcV Product Service GmbH erlebten die Mitarbeiter eine Reihe tiefgreifender struktureller Ver\u00e4nderungen, die von der Einf\u00fchrung neuer Arbeitsstrukturen, der Verabschiedung von Betriebsvereinbarungen bis zu neuen Arbeitszeitregelungen reichen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Interne und externe Kommunikation<\/strong><\/p>\n

An den Standorten der T\u00dcV S\u00fcddeutschland GmbH f\u00fchrte ALTHALLER communication Einzelinterviews mit Mitarbeitern sowohl der T\u00dcV Management Service GmbH als auch der T\u00dcV Product Service GmbH durch. Um aussagef\u00e4hige Ergebnisse f\u00fcr das Gesamtunternehmen zu erhalten, wurden die Interviews mit Mitarbeitern bereichs- und funktions\u00fcbergreifend durchgef\u00fchrt. Auf der Basis dieser Gespr\u00e4che entwickelte ALTHALLER communication ein Kommunikationskonzept raschen und tiefgreifenden\u00a0Verbesserung der internen Unternehmenskommunikation. Die Agentur wurde mit der Umsetzung einzelner Ma\u00dfnahmen wie der Durchf\u00fchrung von Teambuildung-Seminaren und bundesweit einheitlichen Kommunikationskan\u00e4len beauftragt. Bis zur Projekt\u00fcbergabe an den Kunden zeichnete ALTHALLER communication auch f\u00fcr die Konzeption einer neuen Mitarbeitzeitschrift verantwortlich. F\u00fcr die Dauer von zwei Jahren arbeitete die Agentur auch als Schnittstelle zwischen der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung und den Mitarbeitern.<\/p>\n
