G.I.B.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die G.I.B. Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Immobilienmanagement und Beteiligungsf\u00fchrung war 1997 \/ 1998 f\u00fcr den Vertrieb des Bauvorhabens Forum Kulkwitzer See zust\u00e4ndig. Die Entwicklung beruhte auf einer Neuregelung der Eigenheimzulage und der Intention des Gesetzgebers, einkommensschw\u00e4cheren Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen den Einstieg in den Erwerb von Wohneigentum \u00fcber den Erwerb solcher Anteile zu erleichtern. Es handelte sich um ein ausgesprochen innovatives und darum auch besonders \u201eerkl\u00e4rungsbed\u00fcrftiges\u201c Produkt f\u00fcr eine in Fragen der Eigentumsbildung eher unerfahrene Zielgruppe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Prospekt<\/strong><\/p>\n

Um den Vertrieb der G.I.B zu unterst\u00fctzen, entwickelte COMMUNICATION Presse und PR ein Prospekt, das die Zusammenh\u00e4nge erl\u00e4uterte und die eher komplexe Thematik den Zielgruppen nahebrachte. Im Vordergrund stand also eine \u00dcbersetzungsleistung, um die Zielgruppe der G.I.B passgenau anzusprechen.<\/p>\n
