M\u00fcnchen – 18.02.2016. Mit Einzug der ersten Bewohner im Schwabinger Tor wird im Fr\u00fchjahr 2016 der Grundstein f\u00fcr eine moderne Nachbarschafts-Community gelegt. Mit dem Launch der Schwabinger Tor App durch das M\u00fcnchner Startup Casavi nimmt die Jost Hurler Unternehmensgruppe eine Vorreiterrolle in der Immobilienwirtschaft in Bezug auf Digitalisierung und neue Urbanit\u00e4tskonzepte ein.<\/p>\n

Die Schwabinger Tor App zeichnet sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass sie die Bewohner im Stadtquartier miteinander verbindet. Durch den Austausch in Echtzeit soll das Miteinander von Menschen unterschiedlichster sozialer Hintergr\u00fcnde und Lebensstile auf dem Areal gef\u00f6rdert werden. Mit Einzug in das Schwabinger Tor werden die Bewohner und Nutzer eingeladen, aktive Teilnehmer einer einzigartigen \u201eSharing-Community\u201c zu werden: Jeder Mieter entscheidet selbst, welche Dinge er gerne teilen oder anbieten m\u00f6chte: von der Bohrmaschine \u00fcber Hilfe beim Einkaufen oder beim Blumengie\u00dfen in der Urlaubszeit.
