Tauberbischofsheim, 28.07.2026 \u2013 Die Tauber-Solar Holding GmbH hat die F\u00fchrung ihrer beiden Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche Commercial & Industrial (C&I) und Operation & Maintenance (O&M) neu besetzt: Thomas Sanders verantwortet als Managing Director Operations das standort\u00fcbergreifende C&I-Gesch\u00e4ft und die organisatorische Entwicklung der Gruppe, Christian Franz f\u00fchrt als Managing Director O&M den Betrieb und die Wartung der Anlagen. Mit den Berufungen setzt Tauber-Solar die im Januar dieses Jahres vorgestellte Neuausrichtung in vier Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche organisatorisch um: Utility Scale, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Operation & Maintenance (O&M) sowie Investments & Co-Investments.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hintergrund ist der stark gewachsene Bestand. Die beiden Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche erhalten damit erstmals eine eigene F\u00fchrungsebene mit klaren Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten und festen Ansprechpartnern.<\/p>\n

Thomas Sanders bringt langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung aus Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrungspositionen in der Erneuerbaren-Energien-Branche mit, zuletzt als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der BayWa r.e. Power Solutions und der Sol in One GmbH. Bei Tauber-Solar wird er die Weiterentwicklung des C&I-Gesch\u00e4fts mit Fokus auf integrierte Energiel\u00f6sungen vorantreiben, bei denen Photovoltaik, Speicher und weitere Komponenten zu wirtschaftlich optimierten Gesamtsystemen f\u00fcr Gewerbe und Industrie verbunden werden. Christian Franz verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als zehn Jahre internationale Erfahrung im O&M-Gesch\u00e4ft und in der F\u00fchrung von Serviceorganisationen, zuletzt als Global Director Operation & Maintenance mit Schwerpunkten in Kundenorientierung und Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement. In seiner neuen Rolle wird er den daten- und qualit\u00e4tsgetriebenen Betrieb des wachsenden Anlagenbestands weiter ausbauen und O&M als eigenst\u00e4ndigen Werttreiber f\u00fcr Betreiber und Investoren positionieren.<\/p>\n

\nTauber-Solar ist seit \u00fcber 25 Jahren bew\u00e4hrter Partner f\u00fcr die professionelle Errichtung und den Betrieb von Photovoltaik- und Speicheranlagen und besch\u00e4ftigt heute deutschlandweit mehr als 100 Mitarbeitende.
