Konversionsrate mit Unterst\u00fctzung der KPS signifikant gesteigert<\/h3>\n

M\u00fcnchen, 02.05.2017. Der Schweizer Sporth\u00e4ndler Ochsner hat seinen Online-Shop komplett neu ausgerichtet und f\u00fcr mobile Nutzer optimiert. Damit setzt der Marktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Sportartikel in der Schweiz seine Omnichannel-Strategie konsequent fort und bietet seinen Kunden ein vollkommen neues Online-Einkaufserlebnis. Unterst\u00fctzt wurde Ochsner Sport dabei von den Digital-Experten der KPS.<\/p>\n

Um seine F\u00fchrungsposition auf dem Schweizer Markt f\u00fcr Sportartikel weiter auszubauen, hat sich Ochsner Sport f\u00fcr die Neuausrichtung seines Online-Auftritts entschieden. Da immer mehr Besucher das Smartphone zum Einkaufen nutzen, hat Ochsner Sport mit Unterst\u00fctzung der KPS einen komplett neuen und vollresponsiven Shop realisiert. Die neue Webseite ist ein konsequenter Schritt zum \u201eMobile First\u201c-Ansatz. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind Omnichannel-Prozesse wie die Bestellung in der Filiale und die Lieferung nach Hause im Shop-Konzept integriert.
\nDer komplett neu entwickelte Shop basiert auf einer L\u00f6sung, die E-Commerce und Online Marketing vereint. Dies ist auf der Grundlage etablierter Top-Technologien von SAP Hybris und der Adobe Marketing Suite gelungen.<\/p>\n

\u201eDer neue Shop kommt bei unseren Kunden richtig gut an. Gleich nach dem Go Live haben wir viele positive Stimmen auf unseren Social Media Kan\u00e4len verzeichnet. Mit Hilfe der KPS ist es uns gelungen, das Einkaufserlebnis weiter zu verbessern \u2013 insbesondere auf dem Smartphone,\u201c freuen sich Andreas W\u00fcthrich, Leiter Omnichannel und Sascha Bader, Leiter E-Commerce von Ochsner Sport. \u201eDamit haben wir jetzt auch technologisch die Basis f\u00fcr die Internationalisierung unseres Gesch\u00e4fts geschaffen, die wir mit dem Kauf des bayerischen Sporth\u00e4ndlers Sperk 2016 eingeleitet haben.\u201c<\/p>\n
