Im Oktober 2020 hat Mastercard den Deutschlandstart seines Sustainable Mobility Programms bekanntgegeben, das sich an Betreiber und Anbieter von Ladestationen, Acquirer, Payment Service Provider, Fintechs, Städte und Gemeinden sowie an Drittanbieter aus dem Bereich der E-Mobilität richtet. Als nach eigenen Angaben erster Partner in Deutschland wird sich jetzt der Payment-Dienstleister CCV mit intelligenten Self-Service-Terminals, die speziell für die sich schnell verändernden Anforderungen der Ladeindustrie für Elektrofahrzeuge entwickelt wurden, am Sustainable Mobility Programm von Mastercard beteiligen.
